Dean Rose possesses more than three decades of leadership experience as President and CEO of various thriving companies. Renowned for bringing cutting-edge technologies to market, Mr. Rose has demonstrated success in dealing with international businesses, including Fortune 1000 companies globally, and with the government and military sectors. His leadership proficiency spans administration, finance, product design, manufacturing, sales, marketing, and distribution in diverse industries.

As Chief Technology Officer, Mr. Cuvar brings a deep knowledge of electrical and mechanical engineering, electrical component manufacturing, and design, complemented by his nuclear physics and metallurgy expertise. He spearheads a team of scientists who have developed numerous proprietary processes for the company. His experience extends to designing and creating electrical and mechanical components using rare and common materials and significant work in magnetics. Additionally, Mr. Cuvar is known for his effective teaching skills and ability to bridge the gap as a problem solver and communicator between PhD-level engineers and practical field implementers.

Mr. Rose has a rich background of 35 years in both domestic and international spheres, specifically in the retail franchise sector, encompassing manufacturing, operations, and marketing. His expertise spans a broad array of areas, including marketing and sales, operations and training, administration, product development, manufacturing and distribution, project management, and commercial real estate. Don leads PlasmaGuard operations and production and oversees all marketing and communication initiatives for the PlasmaGuard Corporation™ and its subsidiary entities.

As the Chief Information Officer, Mr. Kaltwasser oversees the people, processes, and technologies within PlasmaGuard’s IT division to ensure we deliver outcomes that support our customers and the goals of the business.

Since 2020, Mr. Core has been instrumental in forging international business and technology strategic partnerships for PlasmaGuard Corporation. His extensive knowledge across various industries has cultivated numerous enduring and successful relationships. Thanks to his endeavors, PlasmaGuard has now firmly established its international presence across several global regions.

Experienced in Financial Operations and Office Management, Ms. Reed is vital in managing the company’s overall financial operations, including overseeing day-to-day accounting practices. This position also involves strategic administrative and customer support roles, working closely with management to inform and guide financial decisions aligning with the company’s goals.

As the VP of Engineering, Mr. Orsini is responsible for leading the engineering department and overseeing the development and implementation of technical strategies, products, and services. His role involves guiding our team of engineers to foster innovative methods and ensure project milestones are met, which supports our primary engineering objectives and overall business goals.

Mr. Rose, holding a Bachelor of Science in Finance and an MBA focused on Finance and Management from Wayne State University, brings a wealth of experience in financial operations, office management, and training. At PlasmaGuard Corporation, Devin plays a pivotal role in overseeing Training initiatives while contributing his expertise in Marketing and Operations. His role involves strategic planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize employee performance and operational processes.

Marshall Hoffman brings more than three decades of expertise in sales, contract administration, and project management, having held diverse roles in large and smaller corporations. His background is marked by a successful track record of driving profitable growth and fostering strong customer relationships across the financial, industrial, and automotive sectors.

Mr. Smith, an alumnus of the University of Toledo, possesses bachelor’s degrees in both Marketing and Financial Services, complemented by an MBA in Finance. At PlasmaGuard Corporation, Corey is pivotal, bringing extensive expertise in corporate finance and warehouse operations. He leads our logistics division and offers valuable support in numerous other areas of the company.

Mr. Pickell, a seasoned Controls Engineer with a rich background spanning over 30 years, possesses expertise in a wide array of programming platforms. He also boasts extensive certifications and licenses across various disciplines, including electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and assembly engineering. These qualifications significantly benefit PlasmaGuard’s team in servicing our customers’ installations and energy conservation efforts.

Mr. Yakes brings over a decade of experience as a systems HVAC engineer. His responsibilities encompass managerial supervision and collaboration with our customers’ architects and engineers on the design and implementation of the PlasmaGuard line of products at their facilities. He also plays a crucial role in troubleshooting and resolving any HVAC-related issues, ensuring a comfortable and safe environment for building occupants.

As Project Manager for PlasmaGuard, Ms. Elliott is pivotal in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and our customers to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager also oversees the project’s progress, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements, ensuring successful completion and client satisfaction.
