The only air and surface purification technology specifically designed for the maritime industry

PlasmaGuard PRO™ Marine combines the latest air purification technology with sophisticated sensors that use real-time data to monitor indoor air quality and actively respond when a change is detected, ensuring the best purified indoor environment for passengers, workers, and crew aboard cruise ships, ferries, cargo ships, yachts, and offshore rigs. The automated system is installed directly into the vessel’s existing HVAC system. It efficiently operates by continuously purifying all ducts and indoor environments during normal heating, cooling, and ventilation cycles or if sensors detect a change in air quality. The system continuously operates with the vessel’s airflow, reducing indoor air and surfaces of tested viruses and bacteria, including SARS-CoV-2, Norovirus, and E. coli, as well as allergens, odors, and mold spores.

Recent independent, third-party testing performed on ships during full operation with PlasmaGuard PRO Marine installed resulted in 99% continuous inactivation of tested aerosols, particles, bacteria, and mold spores in the air and on surfaces.

PlasmaGuard Pro Marine Generator

Continuously cleans indoor air and surfaces

Custom-designed for compact vessel installations, the PlasmaGuard PRO generator integrates directly into the HVAC system. Its proprietary non-thermal, cold plasma energy core charges and divides air molecules, generating a patented blend of long-lasting positive and negative nitrogen and oxygen ions. These ions travel through air ducts into the vessel, effectively addressing air quality concerns. Our technology works at the source, removing airborne aerosols and particulates while cleansing surfaces.

  • Custom designed for the compact installations of vessels
  • Innovative non-thermal cold plasma technology
  • Inactivates up to 99.99% of tested viruses and bacteria, including SARS-CoV-2, Norovirus, and E. coli
  • Neutralizes odors, smoke, and mold spores
  • Reduces airborne allergens, including dust and dirt
  • Reduced particulate levels are proven with the Sensor’s laser particle counter

PlasmaGuard Pro Marine Sensor

Actively monitors and responds to changes in indoor air quality

Interior sensors actively detect and notify you of particulate levels in the indoor air. The particles in the air pass through a laser particle counter, enabling the sensor to monitor and manage the indoor environment. Detects changes in indoor air quality, activating a response to manage airborne aerosols and particles while proving its performance.

  • Proprietary patented response technology delivers and maintains optimal air quality
  • Continuously measures and monitors indoor air and responds to changes in real-time
  • Measures particulates down to 0.3 microns in size, including PM1, PM2.5, and PM10
  • Reduced particulate levels are proven on the LCD indicator
  • Plugs directly into a standard wall outlet or can be used with a standard USB cable

PlasmaGuard PRO Marine Smart Hub

Real-time air quality management

The Smart Hub enables the PlasmaGuard PRO Marine system to manage and maintain indoor air quality in real-time. The automated control system integrates the Smart Hub with the Sensors and Generator. When indoor air quality changes are detected, the Sensor notifies the Smart Hub, and the Generator responds. The Smart Hub is compatible with Zigbee-enabled protocols and cloud-connected automation devices.
